I pay alot for the service and im not getting a service because its that bad i cannot watch it. Please can this be looked in too. If this is not resolved i will have to look at useing an alterative surplyer.

That is typically the sign of a poor internet connection to the sky stream puck.

How is the puck connected to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet?

What download speed do you get to your router?

What is the download speed to the stream puck? (This can be checked by opening Netflix on the puck going to Get Help then Check My Network and running the diagnostic)
