Why do I suddenly have to keep putting my pin in so my boys can watch baby tv? Happens about every 15 minutes

Hi @9876 I can't check Baby TV as I am not subscribed but would suggest you reboot your puck as it sounds like a software glitch.  This can be done in Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It will take a couple of minutes to reboot and you will have a blank screen for a short while until the Sky logo appears..
