BBC1 North East Sound and video problems

I'm continually having intermittent loss of sound and delay in video on BBC1 North East on 101.  I can watch any other BBC1 region on the 900 numbers.  Anyone else had similar problem and have a fix.  I've carried out reboots/reset and used different pucks but with the same problem.

Trying to watch BBC Chilren In Need on BBC1 Wales HD. Stop, start sound and picture freezes. Currently trying BBC Midlands. All other channels (BBc2, ITV etc) are fine. I pay Sky £99 a month for this shoddy service.

You should be able to access BBC Wales HD for free on almost any Smart TV😉

Yes, I could @Exiled-in-HH but BBC and other Freeview channels should stream without fault as part of Sky's package.

Backups are always a good idea ... dependence on a single service should be avoided😔
