BBC Pixelation

BBC pixelated especially for the first few mins after selection. Tried resetting puck ( only have one) and broadband ( I have virgin Bb with over 100Mg/s.) but it keeps happening.

Thanks, already did a full reboot of the VM hub. Checked the connection via the network check on Netflix as suggested and got four green ticks and a network speed of 64Mg. A good tool to know about though. Switched on this morning and  again for the first few mins it was pixelated.

are you wired or WiFi ? Also can you run the network test that can be found in the settings in the Netflix app on the stream puck 

 

also might be worth you giving your VM router a full reboot
