Hi @Guyza Turning off the TV requires a long press on the Sky remote power button so maybe try holding the power button a little longer.  If that still doesn't work then try pairing your remote again as follows:

 

  1. Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
  2. Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode) and follow the on-screen instructions.

After it is paired again select the "Control your TV" and set it up.
