Audio sync issue with sky steam Pucks

My sky stream keeps going out of sync when people are talking and all of the channels and apps. Where there are pictures and the audio keeps going out of sync. This had happened twice around the hours of 17:00 hours to 20:00 hours. The only thing that can clear this when I restart the puck to clear this issue but it happens regularly. When I phone sky keep telling me you will send a new one but you never do. Is there anyone who can help.
