Audio on cbeebies not working

The audio on cbeebies is not working. I have checked the other channels and they are working just not on the cbeebies. Is there a specific issue?

audio works everywhere but on CBeebies? Have completed all the standard "fix its" but there's still silence

Open the iPlayer app and stream CBeebies from there instead.

Just checked, not hearing any sound on that channel.

Would suggest to get this flagged to Sky  is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.

Yep same here. No sound on any TV in house with Sky PUK

I have been having the same issue since 08:45 this morning. The sound has seemed to have returned but the sound is out of sync. 
i spoke to a Sky Technical Advisor who said that there had been no reported audio issues at that point and after carrying out diagnostics on my Sky Stream Puck. 
So the end result was for the advisor to send me out a new Sky Stream Puck via DPD.

The sound on this channel has been fixed now.

If anyone is not hearing it, try a settings restart of your Sky Stream/Glass Tv.

I have restarted my Sky Stream Puck but the audio is still not syncing with the picture.
