Audio Description won’t turn off!

I have turned on my tv tonight and randomly getting audio description?! I have never changed any of the settings and have already checked that Audio Description is turned off both in the main Accessibility settings part, and also on the actual programme by clicking the 3 dots. When I scroll along to Audio Track, it says English and there is no toggle or any other option that says English AD like other posts on this forum suggest. So all settings are definitely off...

@CraigB14 Try the usual reboot to see if this rectifies the problem with your Audio Description.  Simply unplug your Stream puck for a minute or so and then plug it back in.  It will take about a minute to reboot and should remove any developing software gremlins.

Had the same problem. Audio Description turned itself on. No Sky help on how to turn it off. Noticed there are several.others with this problem. Suggest pressing the Question mark.on your remote,  a banner will appear at the bottom.if your screen which shows  the first item showing on the left of the screen ,"AD" On . Click Select to turn it off.  Not a Sky Engineer, just a peed off 83 year old woman. Hope it works for you.
