Audio Description ... big fail

We've signed up to Sky Stream on the basis we can get audio described films and programmes but so far there are none on Sky Cinema even though we know they are AD enabled on original film formats. We've turned AD on in settings BTW. 

Any tips or advice welcome for a VI user who needs AD.
