Atmos on Netflix not working

I have a Sky puck and sonos system Atmos works with Sky, Prime and Apple etc but the option isn't there with Netfix! All articles say check setting etc which I have but no luck any suggestions please

Netflix will allow Atmos on the Pass through audio output setting.

If you have your audio set to Dolby Digital Plus on Sky Stream then it won't play Dolby Atmos on Netflix. Change it to auto or passthrough @Bigh61

Thank you for your reply. Yes the puck is set to passthrough and works with atmos on all other apps and Sky. I have premium Netflix account and atmos works if I use via firestick account but doesn't even show atmos option on netflix account via sky

@Bigh61 are you connecting to your audio device via Arc or eArc via your TV? If you are, you need to change your TV to pass through as well... Full pass through is a condition of Netflix and how their app works...

Thank you for the reply. I cannot find a full passthrough feature on my Panasonic TV so this may be the problem. Does anybody know of a device or something that I could find a way around this other than the obvious of purchasing a new TV!

Which model of Panasonic TV do you have? I have one and there is definitely a passthrough option on the audio settings.
