Asking for pin on every channel

Sky is asking for a pin on every channel even though it's after 9pm. 
It's literally asking on programmes that never asks for before.

yes we are having the exact same problem. Have checked the pin settings and the are all set to off so it should not be asking for one.

Have tried a full restart but that has made no difference so not sure whats going on.

Stream has so many issues already and this is yet another to add to the list.  Getting ridiculous at this point. You need to sort this shambles out.

Suffering the same realy annoying issue, used to crop

up periodicaly, now seems permanent, along with the glitches of  wait while prog loads and generally poor service, I will be cancelling this shambles asap.

I had same problem tonight, I turned power off, then un ticked all my favourites. This seemed to work.

Thanks cliff53,

I have no favorites ticked, but turning off and on again is ok as a temporary measure, as it is a complete Phaff while missing the program. The sky stream box takes minutes to restart not seconds. There needs to be a bit more effort put in to fixing numerous glitches.

@C65  Is this still happening this morning as I haven't been able to replicate it on my puck? 

 

With regards to the puck taking ages to boot up, if it has been left in the recommended standby mode it should only take about 15 seconds however if switched off the puck takes a couple of minutes to boot up just like any computerised device.

It happened for me on both pucks about midnight to 1am last night.

I took a couple restarts to sort it.

 

All seems to be fine this morning.
