Are sky ever going to remove this useless puck.

Sky puck is absolutely useless

Playlists lose data or don't store what's asked. Keeps losing sound, picture or WiFi. Can't wait to get to end of contract and this is a daily event of problems

Often have to remove power to get it working again for a day.

@alahan   Are you connected via an Ethernet cable or is it over Wi-Fi?

@alahan If you can, try using an ethernet cable (turning WiFi off in the Settings). WiFi is prone to interference whereas an ethernet cable isn't.

I have Glass and used WiFi the first week I had it. Despite not having many devices using WiFi in my home that week was a nightmare. I bought an ethernet cable and have had no connection issues in the 3.5 years since. My only issues are firmware ones.

It's got to be worth trying surely?

Thanks for your reply. Already tried that little to no improvement. It's also a replacement puck as I thought the first was broken. WiFi is fibre 500

Hi tried both and this is the second pick. The quality, software, firmware and WiFi are rubbish. Please don't ever order one.

Not intending to do that, but rather just counter the OP's assertion that "the quality, software, firmware and WiFi are rubbish." Pucks can work fine, so perhaps the OPs are faulty.
