Apps seem to be behind

Hi can anyone shed any light my sky stream puck seems to be working fine however I noticed earlier in the week that a programme on the my 5 app was only showing content up to 2 days prior to the date I was watching on eg: I was watching on the 8th but could only view episodes up to the 6th however if I used the app on my phone the episodes are there on the app. I assumed it was just that app. I then used the bbc I player app and went to tune into a program and it gave me an episode from...wait for it 2022 like really!!!? Today several days later a dif program on the BBC i player app will only allow me to view the show I want as upto date as 2 weeks ago. Iv unplugged plugged back in tried to refresh apps nothing works please help

It's worth emailing viewerR@sky.uk to report missing episodes
