Apple TV + app on Sky Stream puck. HDR

Recently I noticed that all the TV shows I was watching via the Apple TV + App on my sky stream puck were not outputting HDR via Dolby Vision.

THe Netflix app is outputting in Dolby Vision - and the Amazon Prime and Sky videos that are un UHD are in HDR too.

However, I cannot get the video to play in HDR specifically on the Apple TV + App.

Unless I restart the Sky Stream puck that is - after which the Apple TV + App is outputting a Dolby Vision signal and is in full HDR for every video.

But then a few hours later, we're back to square one. No HDR in specifically the Apple TV + app, only to return if I hard reboot the puck.

I must admit I've only recently noticed this, but most recently I didd note that sometimes the video would suddenly stutter and the dolby vision logo appear on my TV and the video go into HDR midway through playback. BUt not any more. It takes  hard reset.

I have plenty of bandwidth (900mb/sec) - and have wired the box to the router. The TV is able to play Apple TV + with it's built in app without the same issues - and as I said, all the other apps are in HDR where aprpriate.
I'm using the originally supplied HDMI cable - and the TV is an LG OLed. that supports Dolby Vision and HLG.
What's wrong with my Puck?

@Sibod

AppleTV+ uses higher bit-rates than most other apps. It could be that the pucks (which have limited RAM) struggle to output full bandwidth Dolby Vision at these higher bit-rates.
I gave up using my puck for the third-party apps. I get better quality and more reliable streams from my TV apps. I just use the puck for Sky programmes now.
