Had Sky Stream for nearly a year. Used to be able to watch Apple TV through it via the app.
Last week it stopped allowing us to watch anything. We choose a programme, scroll to episode and start... then screen goes black. Nothing despite waiting.
When reload app from Home page and try again, programme shows as having played but never appeared on the (black and blank) screen.
Not a broadband issue: Only an issue with Apple TV app and everything else streams okay.
Tried unplugging, waiting and restarting: no joy.
Tried updating apps through settings. Still hasn't resolved issue.
What is next?
(It is really annoying as it was working fine just last week!)
