I am a relative newcomer to Sky using sky Stream since December 2023.
I want to report a problem but Sky needs me to authenticate...
When I login, I always receive the message...
You've logged in using your Sky iD to 6xxxxxxxxxxx on 10/03/2024 at 11:10, but it looks like there's not an active subscription yet on this account.
Well, that is good, because if I stop paying for a poor service, I have no contract!!!
