Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime stopped working, signed out of the app and once I signed back in, the screen defaulted to the small screen top left

Hi @BW9  Two thing to try.  At the first sign of any issue I always reboot my puck by going to Settings > System Management >Resets & updates > restart device.

Once done I would also run the refresh Apps from the same menu structure.  Although you can still use your Puck whilst this is happening in the background I tend to do it overnight as it can take a few hours to complete.

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box if yiu have not done so already.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.

If that still does not help, try an apps refresh;

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
  2. Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
  3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. It can take up to 24 hours for the apps refresh to fully complete.

Re: Amazon Prime

I am having the same issue and it has not been fixed by restarting or even by factory reset

The Prime Video app frequently seems to have problems on SkyOS.

If the app is available on your smart TV or another streaming device, try using it from there until Sky & Amazon sort themselves out.

Re: Amazon Prime

I dont normally use my  streaming apps  { Netflix Prime AppleTV }  through the Sky interface as performance and reliability are better through my Apple TV.
