Amazon Music app not working on Sky Stream

The Amazon Music app is not working on my Sky Stream. Amazon Prime Video works fine.

Amazon Music gets stuck on the loading screen, just displaying the Amazon Music logo.

I clicked update apps in settings and have powered off at the socket.

I don't want to do a factory reset as have read on Google Gemini that this can causes problems with Sky's systems requiring back end support to get things working again.

What else can I do to get Amazon Music working?

Is it true that factory resets of the Sky Stream sometimes don't work and require Sky technical backend help to get the puck registered again?

Yes, you don't need to reset the puck as you can simply restart the apps within the settings menu.

You should never do a full reset unless instructed to by Sky when you're on a call with them.

Updating and closing the apps in settings does not fix my Amazon Music problem.

Is there anything else I can do?

Or I need to phone Sky and do a factory reset with them on the phone?

Probably not.

Don't want my Sky Stream box going wrong when I am not at home and other family members are watching television.
