Pin has locked and it is the only number ee have - how do I change it bearing in mind that I am trying to setup his Sky Stream

@Cecil123If it is a 6 digit activation code you are needing this is displayed on the screen during setup.

If it is asking for a 4 digit pin code the default is the last four digits of the mobile registered on your Father's sky account
