I've just moved to sky tv (£15 per month) and broadband (25) so £40 for both. However I've just received my first bill and there's a Netflix charge on it? I already pay 18.99 separately to Netflix. HELP xx

If you have Essential TV then it's logging into the Netflix app on the Stream puck using existing Netflix credentials which transfers Netflix billing to the Sky account.
This will only be for Standard with Adverts though, so you'd then need Sky Netflix 'boosters' to get back up to Netflix Premium (which could be the additional charge you are seeing)
