Air crash investigation

Hi, 

having real problems trying to add to playlist the new air crash investigation series currently showing Mondays at 8pm.. I've added to playlist from the tv guide and it's come up all the old series but after the show has aired it shows nothing and it's not there. I have Disney plus if it makes a difference but not even adding. All the other channels seem fine when I want to save to playlist. What's going on? It's the second time I have tried as series is now 2 episodes in. I have restarted box deleted it from playlist and added it again. What else can I do to get the new episodes

Hi @ollymoran  Unfortunately, I have always found Air Crash Investigation on National Geographic to be problematic.  The latest series on my playlist is currently only showing episode S26:E5 and I think that might even be wrong as according to Next-Episode.net the episode called "Peril over Pakistan" it is actually episode 3 not 5 of series 26.

All I can suggest is emailing Viewer Relations at viewerR@sky.uk giving them as much detail as possible and they will look into it for you.  You will probably get an auto generated email from them followed by a proper reply after a few days.

I agree, it's always been all over the place. Nat Geo tend not to show episodes in the same order as they were produced which doesn't help.

On my Sky+HD Box it calls the current series S25 (and the previous season was S24). The first episode that aired (Moments From Touchdown) shows as 1 of 10 in the synopsis but Ep 8 in the description. Peril Over Pakistan shows as 2 of 10, but Ep 5.

I always wait until Tuesday morning, then Download from Nat Geo Catch Up. Don't know how that correlates to Sky Stream.
