If Disney+ hold the streaming rights to Air Crash Investigation then yes, you'll need to subscribe to that service in order to watch past episodes.

Hi @josh+prior  I have Air Crash Investigation in my playlist and it works as expected taking me to National Geographic.  I am also subscribed to Disney + so out of interest I have done a search there and Air Crash Investigation was not even listed.

It seems a bit strange but the only thing I can think of is your system has developed a software glitch of some sort so try deleting it from your playlist and the doing a restart of the the puck by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.

Once the restart has completed (it takes a couple of minutes) then add Air Crash Investigation back to your playlist.  Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

Good luck

Hi again @josh+prior  This is strange.  I have now looked at the Air cash investigation on my playlist and mirrored it to your picture and low and behold I have Series 20 Episode 1 and Series 21 Episodes 6, 8 and 9 also showing as Disney +.  I have not noticed any other episodes with this issue

When I try to play them it took me to Disney plus and then gives the error message  "Sorry something went wrong. Please try again later."  This message is obviously appearing as Disney + does not have the programmes in its listings.

If you want to watch these episodes I would suggest sending an email to Viewer Relations at [email protected] giving them details of the issue and the series and episodes which are having the problem.  They will then investigate.

Re: Air crash investigation

I've been watching episodes of this for a while with no problem on Sky, until this evening. All episodes now show a link to Disney+, who don't offer the program in the UK region. I may be overthinking things, but the recent addition of Disney+ with ads for free wouldn't happen to coincide with the removal of more Disney owned shows from the Sky service itself, would it? Shows previously available are now region locked and those that aren't exist on Disney+ where Sky subscribers are now handing Disney more cash from increased ad revenue. You don't get anything for free.

Re: Air crash investigation

Was removed from Disney+ ages ago, so no idea why it links to it and new series aren't added to it.
