Additional puck won’t connect
I ordered an additional puck to put in a different room (already have multi room or whatever
the equivalent is now called as have 2 pucks already and this is the 3rd) puck was delivered today. Attempted set up and it will join the wifi with no issues but will not connect to the sky account. Wondering if it's a faulty puck? Anyone had this issue before? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

have you bought a new one or secondhand puck ? as I bought one from ebay and it needed to be factory reset. You should just be able to scan the qr code and then it will link with your account.
