Adding a stream puck advertised at £6.50 but shows £8 when upgrading

I've just saw an advert to add a sky stream puck for another room, the ad says its on offer at £6.50, but when I go to upgrade, it says its £8. I need help with this.

Where are you seeing this ad? Do you already have the Whole Home subscription? Check the small print. Usually Whole Home costs £12pm at the moment. The first additional puck is normally free but others will have a £39.95 activation fee.

Just seen the advert again about 5 mins ago on sky crime £6.50 per month did the same thing last week was showing £8 on app now it says £13 per month weird

Give Sky a ring if you want that deal. Tell them it was advertised today on one of their own channels & they should honour it.

I have also just spotted the £6.50 ad on TV yet the Sky App is still saying £13.

If you want the offer and believe it was advertised as being available to existing customers then you need to follow the advice given in the previous post & call Sky.
