Ad skipping button does not appear during adverts

Yesterday whilst watching a show on catch up the "skip ads" button popped up then on the next set of adverts and ever since then it hasn't reappeared. I double checked and I still have ad skipping, ive reset the Sky Glass TV and still no change.

Hi @Nal and welcome to the forum.  Not all programmes have the skip button but if you had it at the start of the programme it certainly should have been available for the remaining adverts.  Also of course you will not get a skip button or be able to FF through ads in live TV.

Try rebooting your puck to see if the skip button returns.  To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.
