Activation link page says restricted
I have bought a sky puck for my bedroom,try to set it up.
Get so far then get to link account.
I scan the qr code and the page says its restricted

@Tanya1984 do you have a Sky subscription if so what system do you have Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi @Tanya1984 It will probably get moved but you have posted in the Sky Q community. Sky Q does not have pucks.

In your web browser, make sure you are logged into your Sky account.
Go to sky.com/activate.
Try switching your Sky Sky Stream puck off and on again at the plug, then try the setup steps again.
If that still does not work, you may need to contact Sky.
On this Sky help page, click on 'I still need help' for Sky contact options.
