I've recently signed up to a new broadband and TV package with Sky and have already had my Sky Stream pucks delivered, however my broadband installation isn't due until 5th October.
Is there any issue in me activating these Sky Stream pucks before my broadband install/activation date? I can see via the messages on MySky that it'll kick in from September 30th if I leave it unactivated anyway...
I assume my bills would pro rata this too, so broadband billing wouldn't commence until installation/activation and Sky Stream billing would commence from activation of the pucks?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@kaigammon If you all ready have broadband at your property, then yes you can go ahead and activate. As you have stated your tv service will automatically activate after 14 days.Im not sure if this can be delayed you would need to phone through to sky.
