Activating Sky Stream Not Working

When I go to activate my sky stream Puck, it says this Check your Sky Glass. If you're not connected please try again later. But nothing on the Puck changes. It's been like this for about a week, I have tried resetting it both through the software and the button method, to no luck. I have got it to say something on the Puck like we are "unable to link your account usually pressing try again works" with 2 buttons: Try again and Cancel. Pressing try again just brings up the same screen until it says we are unable to link your account with only a cancel button. I am unable to call sky because of my anxiety with talking to people on the phone. Can someone please help me?

Do you have the Whole Home subscription?

 

Did you obtain the puck from Sky?  Are you logging into your sky account with the correct email/Sky ID

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I did have the subscription when I bought it but I has lost the Puck a few months ago so I stopped paying for it and only a few weeks ago found it again. I did get the Puck from sky and I am using the account it was purchased with.

Unless you have an an active subscription to a channel pack the puck won't work . 

You can reactivate the puck by getting the lowest cost sky essentials package

Sky Stream Pucks delivered on 19th September, tracking on my account says delivery due 23rd September delayed, called Sky everyday until 25th September, no further forward, Techinal Team reckoned they resolved it by flagging it with the back office, back from a week away and still not working.!
