Activate my device

I had my sky broadband and stream to activated today. When setting up my stream TV I follow the on line instructions but it continually states cannot link to your account. I have two stream pucks.

According to that article try turning your Puck off at the wall and trying again. If that doesn't work you will need to contact Sky customer services. We are all fellow subscribers here.
