Activate Netflix

I recently took out a subscription for Sky Stream with 2 pucks and paid for Netflix Premium. When I try to activate Netflix with my Sky log in it wants me to set up a new Netflix account and choose a payment plan. I would then be paying twice. Am I doing something wrong or is the system wrong?

You don't need to be logging into Netflix with your Sky login, your sky login and netflix logins will be 2 different things.

If you already have a Netflix account, you need to login using those credentials to link your Netflix and Sky accounts together. Full instructions are available here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

I don't already have a Netflix account, so it asks me to create one and to select a payment plan. So then I would be paying twice

No, you won't pay twice, as the whole point of linking is so that Sky takes over the billing of the Netflix account. However, you need to create a Netflix account first so that it can be linked with Sky.
