2 puks, original now not working

Is there anyone who knows what to do, I have paid for a 2nd puk for use in another room... I have set up the 2nd puk all working fine, have just gone to use original puk in my living room and nothing is loading Plz help Many thanks

You don't purchase pucks. They are loaned to you from Sky but cone with a £39.95 activation fee. If you purchased one elsewhere then it may be stolen property. 

You need the Whole Hone subscription to use more than one puck in your home. Do you have it?

It sounds like you also need to add the Whole Home pack?

To watch Sky in more rooms with Sky Glass or Sky Stream, you’ll need:

• The Whole Home monthly subscription; and
• A Sky Stream puck(s) or an extra Sky Glass TV(s).

Whole Home lets you watch different shows on different TVs at the same time on up to six Sky Stream pucks and three Sky Glass TVs.

You can add the Whole Home pack under TV>Your products>Manage in your MySky app or MySky online account.

I have got the 2nd puk through sky (not 2nd hand) and have bought the whole room package with sky

So plz advise further

So, when you view on the other puck, what happens?

In your Mysky, under after running Service check, are you seeing both your pucks listed?

They both need to be turned on to fully see them listed there.
