2 Sky stream puck keeps switching off

I have 2 sky stream pucks connected through my Nice system (was called Elan) one of them keeps switching off when I am connected to the other. 
I have turned off all sleep functions and HDMI control 

Any ideas

To clarify... the Nice system only allows one Puck to be active at a time?

I don't know if it's the nice system or a conflict on both pucks going through the same switch
