Sky stream not getting any info via my sky app connection

Just flagged up issues via my sky app connection issues flagged up no information on sky stream showing no information on connection to sky stream puck but there are no messages on screen saying anything just want information its all good just not getting any from the puck it's on live tv

Now its stating via sky puck info equipment faults unknown not showing as good with a tick good 👍 its just general information about the stream puck getting information or not picking it up as it should
