16 digit number needed for disney

I need my sky 16 digit sky id number. I have bern unable to get Disney for months

@Sarah1964  You don't have a 16 digit card number with Sky Stream or Glass

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Do you mean your Partner customer id, that Disney request when doing an email change or similar?
