Hi Guys 

when im trying to purchase a movie from sky store i get the following error "to purchase this event contact the event broadcaster using details above or on skyviewinghelp.com

I think i have a spend cap limit on my account - how do i fix this?

The exact wording of your error sounds slightly unusual- but for any spending cap limit problem - the best thing is to try a livechat with the Skystore team. They are next open at 11am tomorrow
