Hi
I recently pre ordered fast 10 on the sky store it shows a release date as the 19th june but we can not play the film now a couple days after this date still what can we do to get it to play

They should be able to help you to get access to the film.

The posts I've seen have been resolved by contacting the Skystore team as suggested by @caesarome in the previous post.
Unfortunately I think livechat doesn't open till Monday 11am - you might get through by phone on a Sunday.
another thing you could try is to archive your download (if you got that far) then re-download it
If you can't get as far as downloading it - try going to Skystore on a mobile device - selecting the movie there and then "send to box"

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have the same problem @Steve1w then the soloution is the same as posted and that is to get in touch with Sky Support as we do see a few posts along these lines with pre-orders which can be fixed by the support team at Sky Store.
