movie not playing

Purchased a film yesterday and went to watch it but it won't load. In fact it boots out out entirely!

It will play all other purchased films just not that one!?!

Using sky store app on smart tv. I have tried updates - all good / logging out and back in.,. deleting the app and reinstalling.  But still it won't play.

Any ideas?

App says it's up to date and no I don't have sky TV

Assuming you must be using an LG TV,  we've seen other reports on the forum of slightly older LGs not running the store properly

 

My own LG is 2021 and works fine but from memory the TVs with problems were pre 2020. 

Might possibly be worth chatting to LG customer support just in case they have any knowledge about it. 

It's definitely not all LGs, but definitely some of them. If you get any info it would be useful if you could post back about it. 

if you haven't tried it already, try deleting the app and reinstalling it. Also - make sure your LG itself is up to date.
