iPad won’t allow sky store app download

I have 3 devices listed, one left to use. iPad won't allow the app to download; as I enter in credentials and then the robot check, it won't load after or the submit button goes. Any ideas?

Have you tried a reboot of your iPad ?

Just to check that you are doing this via the app store on your iPad as when I try it on mine I don't have to enter any credentials or go through the robot check ?

Yes app on iPad. It was downloaded and all credentials entered. Used it next day and had to re enter everything and when I get to the robot check the submit button functionality goes and nothing happens

Just checking - how many changes of devices have you done this month ? You're only allowed 1 per month, so if you've had a bit of a tidy up of devices, deleted 2 or 3 and already added one - this will be the reason

No I deleted one off last month, says 1

new available device can be used but just not allowing me to complete the process

I think I understand now, you are saying that you have actually downloaded it but it isn't working correctly when you login to it ?
