Overcharged

I have just seen on my current bill I have been over charged

 

I was charged for a movie I had rented and paid for at the time of watching the movie and now it's been also added to my current bill

 

Could a staff member rectify this

@Kathleen+Flannery  Purchased movies can take time to appear on your bill, if you check previous bills when you purchased the movie you should only see one charge for that movie.

 

You should aso be aware you are not talking to Sky and any Staff present won't know who you are or have account access.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It sounds like you haven't actually paid for this until your current bill, did you rent the film via your Sky box or something else like the Sky Store app or website ?

I bought it from SKY store I have statements to show I already had it paid for and now it's also been charged on my sky bill?

If you have already paid for it then you will need to contact Sky Store support, there is a Live Chat you can use that opens at 11am in the morning and is available until 7.30pm:

Hi @Kathleen+Flannery 

Just wondering - 

 

Is it possible that you rented the movie online and paid for it at the time ?

 

and then you viewed it from your Sky box. If so this is why you were charged twice 

 

if you rent a movie online - you can't then also download it on your Sky box without paying again. You can only do that with buy and keep. 

even if this was what happened I would still follow @caesarome advice and talk it through with the Skystore team in the morning.
