I am Unable to see or download purchased sky store films, only able to watch them when connected to my sky q and they're in my recents. I want to download to my iPad but they aren't available to do so.

I can watch or download only certain shows in my recordings, can't download purchases. And It's saying I've reached my maximum devices even though it's now in my devices.

Sky store app shows all my purchases, but can't download or watch. Sky go connects to sky q but only shows purchases that are in my recent recordings. And will stream through that, but not download. All other purchases are not shown.

An X-Box an iPhone and the iPad. I can download onto the phone but not the iPad. I've tried deleting the apps and setting them up again. Only the iPhone and Xbox work. I can't download anything onto the iPad.

That could be your issue as I *think* you can only add one device per month.

Did you log in to Skystore.com and check you device list?

I had an issue in the past where I had to remove my allocated devices and then add them back over subsequent months🙁
The Sky Store softwares is showing its age and needs a total rewrite ... it is ridiculous how few devices it is available on ... and no general UHD/HDR support across all devices😟

I had to get in touch with Sky for this one eventually, as there are two places where there's a device list. And I was trying to add my iPad to the wrong list apparently. Sorted anyway, but it's a few months ago now so I can't remember where the two lists are exactly... 🤔🙄🤣
