I received a VIP for a buy & keep movie but this has been charged to my account even though I have an email indicated it was free as part of my VIP rewards?

If it said something else then you have purchased it...

If the email is confirmation then go ahead and call Sky to query it.
What quite often happens is when purchasing on your Q box (for example) the price doesn't show £0.00 so going ahead is purchasing at that price.

No, not an issue with Q but purchasing the wrong item... many have thought they've purchased the free item but selected the wrong one and went ahead and purchased at the displayed price... (not saying that happened here)
