cannot downlaod or watch films from sky store when try says need to delete a registered devise but only have one registeted which is the one I am using

So when you log on to Skystore and see this page - there is only one device ?

My best suggestion would be to livechat with the Skystore team - but they close at 7.30pm - so probably too late for tonight.

But they open tomorrow at 11am
