Rented film Disappeared

I rented Fast X over the weekend and it's disappeared from my recordings and rentals. It cost £15.99 so was not cheap

Once you have viewed even 1 second of a rental - from that time you only have 48 hours in which to finish viewing. 

im guessing you may have pressed play at the weekend ?

it may be worth trying a livechat with the Skystore team when they open at 11am to ask if they will offer you some goodwill here ?
