brought movie not received

we brought maya the bee but its not in our recordings or on our box at all but we have been charged please can u help with the matter

it's not we have checked , cant find a contact number either for sky 😞 unhappy kids

Did you buy it or rent it?

 

If you rented it, you can only watch it on the device you rented it on.

 

If you bought it, and you were definitely logged into the right account when you did so (or bought it via the box) then it should be in Recordings/Purchases...

hi @tompkin7282 did you buy it or just rent it. 

 

If rented I think you may have to watch on the device it was ordered from but I am not sure. 

 

There is a separate SKY Store discussion group frequented by users who know more about SKY Tore & how it all works etc - hopefully an Oracle or employee will move this dicussion to that group so that someone can help

 

There is a help topic at the top of that group but I am not sure it covers what you are looking for

From what you have said it does sound like you rented it because if you did it will stay in your recordings for 7 days and when you start to watch it you have 24 hours to finish watching it as many times as you want before it is removed.
