Is this one of these £15.99 premier rental films or is it a Buy and Keep one, the reason I ask because if it is the former then it can only be viewed if you have Sky+ box via the box itself and not a TV connected to it via a cable.
If it is a Buy and Keep one try archiving it and then downloading it again and if this doesn't help you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support about it:
