I am getting the above error when trying to play a movie purchased on Sky Store.
I need a resolution.

It isn't just in UHD as it is also in HD, howvere we don't know what film @MattG9 is having issues with at present.

I have just Googled the code and apparently it was spoken about on here back in 2023 it's some sort of fault with the purchase

The film is Transformers One purchased for my son and I have had an email telling me to settle in and watch it. It was purchased on the 9th April.
