You’ve reached your device limit - just before Christmas

I have recently got a new iPad and I am so proud of it and wanted to utilise it with watching all my favorite programs including logging into my skystore account.

 

however I have hit a snag! I am blocked from watching my skystore on my TV as apparently i have my device limit and can only change until January 2025.

 

Therefore I am finding that I am going to have to spend Christmas without my favourite programs that I want to watch on my own tv, that I have paid for! 

First, please justify why you this it's okay to limit the device changes when I pay the money. After all it's my account! How dare you limit me!

 

Second, explain yourself?

Hi @AdamMusk 

 

I've always guessed the reason for the device limit is to prevent a situation where (say) a subscriber could give their login to 10 friends / family. 

I assume you have already changed one device this month (your iPad ? )

 

The only thing I can think of if you consider you have exceptional circumstances is that you try a live chat with the Skystore team (opens next at 11am Saturday )

 

on here we are all customers like you so obviously can't arrange any sort of exception ourselves.

We are customers here and not Sky Store support.

 

How many devices have you registered to use with Sky Store and have you added a device this month ?
