Wrong sky store purchase

I have downloaded UHD movie by accident. I only have HD and cannot cancel and redownload in different option. How do I correct this ?

@Jessie7 Provided you haven't pressed play you won't be charged if it was a rental.

 

If it was Buy and Keep you will need to ring Sky and ask them to cancel the order for you. (Or if you pressed play on the rental)

If it was a rented film then deleted it and delete it again from the deleted folder as doing so should then allow you to download the HD version. It might be worth keeping an eye on your Sky bill even though you shouldn't be billed for it due to not starting to watch it.
