VIP £1.99 movies charging £4.49 full price on each one from the range

There is an offer for a range of films for £1.99 as a sky vip, none of them are £1.99 all £4.49. Don't know why the offer is failing as I am logged in and clicking the vip £1.9l section 🤔 as usual now when things don't work you just have to forget the offer as no customer services.

Hi @Biobob

They are all showing as £1.99 rentals for me (so far as I understand the £1.99 offer is for rentals not "buy and keep")

I've looked at 4 different rentals in that section and all £1.99.

That's really odd @Biobob

For clarity I'm looking at Skystore online on my iPhone while logged in.  I'm looking at the VIP section and there are 20 movies in the £1.99 offer.

At 11am the Skystore support team live chat is open for the day. I find them helpful. You could ask them what's going on.

Did you have to get a code etc? I clicked the "claim now" button in vip area on sky app on my iphone and also tried iPad and it just says "We don't support watching video on your operating system," going to the website or the browser in the app both only showing full price

@Biobob

This is the link that like @mike+simmonds shows the rental films as being £1.99, the price is shown on the right against each film when selecting it:

Hi, yes it's the same link as the app goes to, all films are £4.99 or £4.49 to rent

That is odd as I see this:

As @mike+simmonds said ear;ier it might be worth using the live chat later and asking them about this.

Hi @Biobob

Perhaps this is what's going on ?

You are using the MySky app as a starting point (which is fine)

you are signed in to MySky

bit then when you click on the link - and it takes you to Skystore (and you get that odd error message)

you should then login AGAIN by clicking the horizontal lines top left (when you see the screen full of VIP movies

Thanks @Biobob

I'm just waiting for your photo to be approved for upload (usually takes a few minutes) but certainly if you have logged in twice, one in MySky and again in Skystore, and you've used the same login with which you're registered as a VIP-

then as @caesarome suggests - try the livechat

hope you get this resolved.
