hi called sky tv and purchased wicked but it's not playing, it's showing purchased and it's showing on my next month bill but not playing on my tv

This does happen with some pre-order titles so all you can do is to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
